Milocheff Holding GmbH was founded in Vienna in 2015. What started as a real estate group has evolved into a modern tech holding that today combines software, AI and established service industries under one roof.
Our story
Founded in 2015 as a family-run company based in Vienna. Initially specialised in real estate and property management — quickly grown through personal advice and reliability.
From 2020 we began deliberately building a technology arm. We recognised early on that every service market is being redefined by software and automation — and we wanted to be part of it, not watch it happen.
Today the group is a modern holding with a clear focus: IT, artificial intelligence and connecting our traditional pillars with the tools of the future.
